A female Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) employee is claiming that a supervisor sexually assaulted her by licking her face.
Nancy Jenkins says that on April 9, she arrived at the Kingsbridge Bus Depot to get her assignment for the day and that her supervisor, Earl Byron, said something to upset her. Byron then allegedly licked her face while attempting to console her.
Others have come forward to make claims against Byron, including a woman who claimed that she was sexually harassed by him and a man who claims Byron groped him.
Jenkins has filed a sexual harassment claim. Byron was reassigned to a different depot.
