OVERVIEW: Temperatures jump around between the 60s and 70s over the next few days. We remain dry through today and into early parts of Friday. From Friday through Tuesday there will be rain chances and unfortunately that includes both weekend days. There will be dry periods, but repeated rain chances for the rest of the work week and into the weekend. We need the rain to help.
TODAY: We have an elevated risk of wildfires starting and spreading due to a combination of factors: lower humidity, mild temps, and breezy conditions. Temperatures soar to the higher 60s and lower 70s today. Gusts will be in the 20-30 mph range. Plenty of sunshine!
TONIGHT: Clear with some clouds. Wind relaxes. Temps in the 40s.
THURSDAY: Cooler, but not cold. Temperatures are closer to seasonable, in the lower to middle 60s. Chance of some scattered showers overnight and into early Friday.
FRIDAY: Rain chances. Dry periods as well. Mostly cloudy. Temperatures will be warmer in the high 60s and lower to middle 70s.
THE WEEKEND: On and off rain chances. Can't totally rule out the opportunity for thunderstorms Friday and Saturday and lingering into the weekend. Temperatures for the weekend are in the middle to higher 60s.
