A Brooklyn resident helped extinguish a car fire overnight, according to Citizen App video.

The FDNY said the fire happened near 435 Central Ave., between Madison Street and Putnam Avenue.

By 1:30 a.m., the fire was under control.

No injuries were reported, and the cause remains under investigation.
