Florida man arrested in fatal Sunset Park shooting

Police have arrested a man from Florida in connection to a fatal shooting in Sunset Park.

Tony Caba, 39, of Florida, was arrested on Sunday for shooting 45-year-old Roberto Cuevas in the back.

Police sources say that the two had an argument during a block party at 57th Street and 4th Avenue on Saturday night. EMS took Cuevas to the NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn in critical condition but he did not survive his injuries.

Caba is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
