CNN and TMZ have confirmed Anne Burrell, the celebrity chef known for her time on 'Worst Cooks in America', died by suicide.

New York City health officials declared the manner of death as a suicide. They say the cause of death was "acute intoxication due to the combined effects of diphenhydramine, ethanol, cetirizine, and amphetamine."

Burrell was found unresponsive in her New York home in June.
