Free classes are being offered in Brooklyn to help those interested in becoming a U.S. citizen.
City Tech is holding the classes, which prepare people for the exam and interview, and run between 10 and 15 weeks long.
Students will practice reading, writing and speaking English, while also learning U.S. history and related facts.
The program is funded by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and CUNY Citizenship Now. The next round of classes start up in the fall.
