Free summer meals for NYC students begin on June 28

The city’s Department of Education Summer Meals Program begins on June 28 and runs through Sept. 2. There is no food service on July Fourth.

The New York City students can get a free breakfast or lunch all summer long.
The city’s Department of Education Summer Meals Program begins on June 28 and runs through Sept. 2. There is no food service on July Fourth.
Anyone 18 or under can grab a free breakfast or lunch with no identification necessary.
Locations include schools, community pool centers and food trucks. A full list can be found here.
