A Bolivian restaurant is bringing the taste of South America to Brooklyn. 

Bolivian Llama Party on Fulton Street in Fort Greene offers an array of Bolivian cuisine with a unique spin.

Owner David Oropeza says Bolivia is known for its parties and the restaurant incorporates a party feel into their food. 

Their most popular dish is the Salteña—a type of baked empanada filled with beef, pork or chicken and mixed in a sweet, slightly spicy sauce containing olives, raisins and potatoes.
