Bushwick's Guadalupe Inn is serving up classic Mexican cuisine.

You can find all the classic Meixcan dishes like tacos and quesadillas, but also some unique eats.

Guadalupe does a riff on the al pastor, a dish consisting of a spindle of pork that the chef shave tableside.

Employees say the restaurant hosts burlesque shows and a lot of Latin music paired with south of the boarder cuisine from chef Ivan Garcia.
