A new restaurant in the borough is encouraging customers to expand their palettes by sampling multiple flavors of olive oil.
Husband and wife Angelo and Patricia Incorvaia opened We Olive & Wine Bar in December on Smith Street in Boerum Hill.
The couple says the idea for the olive and wine bar after a trip to Napa Valley.
The Incorvaia's say they have more than 20 different kinds of unique olive oils including blood orange, basil and blackberry balsamic.
