A mac and cheese dish at a Williamsburg bar and grill is drawing people from all over the tri-state area.
For The Starlight's scallop mac and cheese, the chef uses a three-cheese blend and tops it off with bonito flakes.
"When it comes out of the oven, it has bonito flakes on it that look like it's alive," says co-owner John Roberts.
He says the dish is best paired with a specialty cocktail from the bar.
