A fundraiser was held Sunday for dozens of Bushwick residents who were displaced nearly three weeks ago by a six-alarm fire.
The fundraiser was held at the Legacy Center in Ridgewood, Queens.
The charity partnered with other organizations including Jessica Seinfeld's Baby Buggy and stores like Bed, Bath and Beyond to give away baby clothing, blankets, sheets, pots, pans and food.
There were also toys for the kids and music provided by DJ Carlito, a Bushwick local who helped spearhead the event.
Displaced residents who spoke with News 12 say they lost everything in the fire and they appreciate the help from the fundraiser.
Organizers say families can come every Friday when their pantry is open to restock on whatever they need to help make their lives a little better.
