Residents in Gerritsen Beach are lending a helping hand to a man whose motorized wheelchair was stolen last week. Brian Daly, 32, says his $10,000 wheelchair was stolen last Thursday outside the Gerritsen Beach Church. He says he has received thousands of phone calls from people offering to help replace it and that many have already donated new wheelchairs in his name. Representatives from Bay Ridge Toyota say the company has actually ordered a new chair custom-made to Daly's measurements. He says he will return the donated wheelchairs once his new one arrives.Wheelchair stolen from BK man with cerebral palsy
