A gigantic sinkhole has opened up in Sunset Park, taking out nearly the entire width of a street.
No injuries were reported, but two people are seen on the video walking by moments before the street starts to open.
A number of city agencies reported to the scene, including the FDNY, the NYPD and the Department of Environmental Protection.
DEP officials say the sinkhole was caused by faulty water main. The hole currently measures about 30 feet wide and 25 feet deep.
Water service has been shut off between 64th and 62nd streets on Fifth Avenue. There is no word on how long repairs will take.
