New York Giants offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor hosted a Mother’s Day experience Monday for local single mothers and their children at American Dream.
The event, held in partnership with the Meadowlands YMCA, welcomed 15 single mothers and about 45 to 60 children for an evening of family activities, dining and gifts. Children played arcade games, laser tag and other activities at The Gameroom while the mothers were treated to a hibachi dining experience at Dream 360. The evening ended with a family dinner, group photo and gifts.
Each mother received Giants swag and gift bags with products from American Dream retail partners.
“Mother’s Day is a chance to celebrate the women who give so much of themselves every single day,” Eluemunor said. “I wanted to create a night where these moms felt appreciated, supported, and seen, while their kids had a chance to just have fun. Being able to spend time with these families and give back to the local community means a lot to me.”
