Gravesend Park reopened this week following $5.4 million worth of renovations.
It now features a woodland playground, swings, basketball courts, a space for music and freshly planted trees.
The latest project is the second phase of a renovation that began in 2008, with the help of City Councilman David Greenfield, the borough president and the mayor.
Permanent restrooms are slated for completion in the spring. Until then, residents will have to use the port-a-potties.
