NYU students protest election outcome in Cadman Plaza Park

Dozens of NYU students from Students for a Democratic Society took over Cadman Plaza Park on Wednesday evening.

Everyone in attendance protested the 2024 President-Elect Donald Trump.

However, many also spoke out against Harris, saying her stances on certain issues changed toward the end of her campaign.

SDS students say their party has not done a great job at representing who they are as voters and constituents.

Mann told News 12 the next four years will be difficult, but that will not stop them from voicing the changes they desire.
