Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Jacob Dolinger says New York City will see heat and humidity build up for Monday before a chance of showers or storms late Tuesday.
NEW: Watching some tropical development over the Atlantic. No threat to land right now. September also looks to kick off later this week with lower humidity!
