A Highbridge after-school program for at-risk children is doing more than helping students with their homework.
At P.S. 11, about 30 fourth and fifth-graders are improving academically and socially with the three "L" program: learning, leadership and life skills.
Coordinators say they track every students' growth to better prepare them for the future.
