Hindu art, music and tradition celebrated at Krishna Fest

The night featured yoga activities, live music, prayers and performances at the International Society for Krishna Consciousness New York City temple.

Krishna Fest kicked off Friday in Boerum Hill as it's the Hindu tradition in honor of Lord Krishna's birthday.
The night featured yoga activities, live music, prayers and performances at the International Society for Krishna Consciousness New York City temple.
It was an event full of culture and a time to come together. There were also many opportunities to show off one's creative side.
A free vegetarian feast was also offered at the celebration.
Lord Krishna is believed to be the same God worshipped by Jews, Muslims and Christians.
