Developers broke ground today on the first building that will be built at the former Domino Sugar Refinery in Williamsburg.
The affordable housing building will hold 105 units. The project also includes the construction of a more than 5-acre public park at the Williamsburg waterfront.
Construction of the first building is expected to be completed in 2017.
