Thanksgiving is coming, and almost everything the holiday cook is going to need, besides the turkey, can be picked up at the Hunts Point Terminal Market.

The market has served communities for the past 55 years, and millions of pounds of food are set to be distributed including produce like squash, fruits, sweet potatoes and cranberries.

Tuesday was the busiest day of the year for the market as stores raced to keep those shelves stocked with everything shoppers needed in the kitchen.

The produce is delivered fresh every day from states across the U.S. and even 55 different countries.
