One of the most talked about moments of President Joe Biden’s inauguration was the inaugural poem recited by the youngest person ever to do so  --Amanda Gorman.
Gorman’s performance inspired kids across the country, including some in the Bronx. She was the first-ever National Youth Poet Laureate and recited “The Hill We Will Climb.”
Friday’s lesson for 4th graders at P.S. 5 in the Bronx was an education in history that was made this past Wednesday.
The poem resonated with student Kenan Towa. “I feel like there's hope,” said Towa.
