A Bushwick woman said she and her dog were attacked by a loose pit bull at Maria Hernandez Park in Bushwick.

It happened Monday morning, during what was supposed to be a normal day in the park with her dog and 2-year-old son.

She said the owner of the pit bull refused to take responsibility and walked away after the attack.

Her dog is unable to walk and was left with multiple bruises.

She’s asking for help from the community to find the owner of the pit bull to hold him responsible.
