Immigrant activists in the borough are getting ready to rally outside of the Supreme Court Tuesday in support of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.
More than 100 of them plan on boarding early morning buses to Washington, D.C. where they will rally as attorneys make their cases.
At the center of the debate is whether the Trump administration had the authority to pull back former President Barack Obama's signature immigration policy two years ago.
The Obama-era immigration policy allowed young undocumented immigrants to work without fear of deportation for two years at a time.
The Supreme Court decision is expected to be made sometime in the spring or as late as June.
