The first Jewish comic convention was held in Crown Heights on Sunday.
The Jewish Comic Con was held at Congregation Kol Israel.
Around 20 comic artists and graphic novelists were on hand at the synagogue to show off and sign their work, including legendary New Yorker cartoonist Mort Greenberg.
The convention also featured panels, including one with former Marvel and DC comics editors.
Organizers of the event say it's important to show the legacy of Jewish people who shaped the industry and the work they are doing today.

The money raised from Jewish Comic Con will go to restoring the nearly 100-year-old synagogue.
