Police have made an arrest in the deadly basement shooting of a Brooklyn father of three.
Investigators say 20-year-old Joseph Hutcherson killed Senecca McCullough back on Aug. 20.
McCullough was shot in the head at 456 Quincy St. in Bed-Stuy.
Hutcherson is now facing a second-degree murder charge.
