News 12’s Walt Kane spoke with real estate agent Megan Bonnano, who says cleaning and presenting your home well can help it sell faster and for a higher price.
“The overall goal is really to create a clean, crisp, and emotionally inviting environment from start to finish as soon as the buyers walk through the door,” Bonnano said.
However, a recent survey saw 41 percent of realtors say staging had no impact on price, according to the National Federation of Realtors.
