It isn't March 14th quite yet, but East Flatbush students celebrated 3.14 on Friday, also known as pi.
The festivities happened at Kings Collegiate Charter School.
One contest allowed the 12 students who could recite the most digits from pi to throw whipped cream pies in their teachers' faces.
Teachers at the school said the celebration was important because interactive learning with mathematics makes lessons fun and effective.
