The Manhattan College baseball team couldn't quite bounce back Sunday after dropping both games of a doubleheader to Lemoyne a day earlier.
Down 4-1 in the third inning, Manhattan fought hard to knot it back up. Don Lombardi knocked in Nick Derba and Mike Garcia with a bloop hit to right field on the way to tying the game.
However, the Dolphins soon took charge in the fourth. Corey O'Neill brought home two runners as part of a 3-4, 3-RBI day. Lemoyne went on to win 8-4.
Manhattan fell a half-game behind Lemoyne in the standings with the sweep.
