Livery cab strikes biker in Crown Heights

A livery cab struck a biker at the intersection of Utica and Empire boulevards Thursday morning. 
Police say the 35-year-old biker was struck around 7:15 a.m. and was rushed to Kings County Hospital. He is listed in critical condition.
A witness at the scene says the victim was launched in the air after impact and was not moving while on the ground. 
The livery cab stopped across the street from the scene. Police have not yet confirmed any information about the driver.
