Love is in the air at BCakeNY, where they’re prepping for the countdown to Valentine’s Day with sweet treats.

Owner Miriam Milord and her staff have been working to put smiles on the faces of Brooklyn residents for 15 years at the bakery located on Washington Avenue.

“Making cake and making desserts in general is something that makes people happy,” said Milord. “It’s a lot of times connected to emotional things like weddings and big birthdays so it’s really cool to be a part of those big celebrations and emotions.”

The bakery offers heart cupcakes and a slew of other baked goods all done up with custom messages and designs for the romantic holiday.
