The man accused of killing Bronx father George Ennin in Melrose is set to face a judge Tuesday.
Sean Jones, 38, is set to be formally charged almost a month after he's accused of killing Ennin.
Investigators claim Jones was seen on camera stabbing Ennin to death unprovoked.
Jones is no stranger to run ins with the NYPD, he had a long track record before the deadly incident with a wide array of charges.
Jones now faces murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon charges in connection to the death of Ennin. That attack was caught on surveillance video.
The incident happened on Jan. 5, a few blocks away from Ennin's home as he was on his way into work. The family told News 12 he worked as a security guard and at the time just came back from a month-long trip to Ghana.
Ennin's funeral will be Friday, Feb. 6.
