Police have arrested and charged a person who is allegedly tied to a fire in Bath Beach where two men were found dead.

Alex Avile, 33, has been arrested and charged with two counts of murder.

The fire took place on March 17 at 159 Bay 29 St. between Bath and Benson avenues. Two people were found dead in the fire. One of the victims was found with a puncture wound and the other victim was discovered with trauma to his head.
