Police arrested a man they say groped a 16-year-old girl while she was waiting for the J train in Brooklyn. According to the NYPD, 63-year-old Anand Vishwa touched the girl and tried to kiss her. Vishwa is now facing forcible touching and sexual abuse charges. The victim was not physically hurt. This incident comes after another groping report on the J train while it was approaching the Marcy Avenue station last Sunday.
