A man facing murder charges for the deadly stabbing of an 85-year-old woman in Bed-Stuy has been identified as the victim’s relative, police sources say.

Jackson King, 22, is accused of killing Julia Boomer inside her 638 Throop Ave. apartment. King shares the same address as Boomer, according to officials.

Sources previously told News 12 that the person of interest taken in for questioning was Boomer’s 22-year-old grandson, who was being evaluated at a hospital.

Officers discovered Boomer on Tuesday just before 10 p.m. with multiple stab and slash wounds, lying on her back on the living room floor, according to authorities.

EMS rushed the 85-year-old to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, where she died less than an hour later.

Police say King is charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
