A 58-year-old man was found dead with a knife in his neck inside a brownstone in Bed-Stuy, police sources say.
Officers were called to 716 Madison St. for a wellness check just before 1 a.m. Sunday morning.
Police say they located the man unresponsive and unconscious on a bed inside the home.
Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene. His identity has not been released as of Monday afternoon.
The incident has not been deemed a homicide, according to the NYPD.
The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
