A man was found stabbed to death inside an East Flatbush home.
The discovery was made Thursday around 3 p.m. inside of 237 E. 37th St.
Police say a neighbor called 911 after finding the 33-year-old man.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police say.
A medical examiner will determine the exact cause of death.
