Police are looking for a woman and two men who they say stabbed and robbed a man inside an East New York motel room. 

According to investigators, the 48-year-old victim had invited the female suspect into his room at the Galaxy Motel on Pennsylvania Avenue. Sources tell News 12 that the woman is a prostitute. 

The male suspects then knocked on the door and were let inside by the woman early Tuesday morning. Authorities say one of the men pulled out a knife and demanded cash, but when the victim refused, he was stabbed several times. 

All three suspects fled the scene with about $1,500 cash. The victim was taken to the hospital and is listed in stable condition. 

Police released surveillance images of all three suspects. Anyone who recognizes them or has other information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
