Police are asking for the public for help identifying a man who forcibly touched a 16-year-old girl in Bay Ridge.
Authorities say the man approached the victim near the intersection of 86th Street and 4th Avenue in August.
He proceeded to grab her chest and attempt to kiss her before fleeing the scene on foot.
