Mayor Bloomberg has ordered mandatory evacuations for all residents in "Zone A." One such area that is included in these areas is Manhattan Beach. The mandatory evacuation begins as of 7 p.m tonight. After this time, there will only be two points of entry in and out of the neighborhood. Manhattan Beach's police liaison says if you live near the area, it is best not to take any chances. He advises all residents to evacuate while they can.
