Mayor Bill de Blasio is hoping to sell his home borough as the host for the Democratic National Convention in 2016. 

The mayor was joined by Borough President Eric Adams to give delegates from the DNC a look at what Brooklyn has to offer for the convention. 

It's the second day in a row for members of the site selection committee, who already spent time at the Barclays Center Monday, where they were greeted by state Sen. Chuck Schumer and other local officials. 

De Blasio says hosting the conference will be a major economic boost for the area, bringing people to local shops and restaurants. 

He admitted there would be some congestion, but said measures would be taken to ease the traffic. That includes a special bus taking convention visitors from hotels in midtown Manhattan directly to the Barclays Center.
