Many people spent Thanksgiving morning burning some calories in Prospect Park for the 16th annual Turkey Trot.

More than 2,800 runners took on this year's race.

It was organized by the Prospect Park Track Club.

This year, the run sold out almost instantly, so those who are hoping to get in on the fun next year should make sure to sign up early.
