More than 350,000 bottles and packets of iron-containing supplements are being pulled from store shelves for lacking child‑resistant packaging.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the recall involves several brands made by Vitaquest International.
The products were sold at major retailers and online from 2023 through early 2026.
Young children ingesting the contents could face the risk of serious injury or death, according to officials.
Consumers can contact the company for a free replacement cap or a storage pouch.
