The mother of a Bronx teen who was shot and killed by police is offering her reaction to the decision in the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri.
Ramarley Graham was shot and killed by police inside his Wakefield home back in 2012. He was 18 years old.
Graham's mother Constance Malcolm says the decision of the grand jury not to indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson did not surprise her.
Malcolm says the decision is giving the wrong message to people in the United States. She says the decision is showing that the system is broken.
In regard to the violence that has erupted since the decision, Malcolm says people are going about it the wrong way because they are frustrated. "We have to unite and be collected as one to fight the system and see change," she says.
