Bishop Ford hosted Mount St. Michael in a surprisingly slow starting game on Friday.
In the first quarter, Chaz Williams used his speed to score 16 points for the Falcons. Mount followed up in the second quarter when Nigel Williams added 10 points for the Bronx team.
Mount junior, Gary Acquah, a transfer from St. Helena Grammar School, scored 10 points in the third quarter. It was Tyrik Tucker?s 22 points in the final quarter that helped the home team win Friday?s game.
The Falcons defeated Mount 45-41.
