The MTA is revealing a new infrastructure plan that will save the agency nearly $300 million.
Money saved from this plan will ensure proper tunnel repairing and infrastructure renewal for the B and D train lines along the Grand Concourse.
The project will also upgrade the tracks on the 63rd Street tunnel underneath the East River, which also is used by the B and D lines.
