The MTA has announced a progression plan for some Brooklyn subway entrances and terminals.

The plan released by the MTA includes rendered images for the Prospect Avenue, 53rd Street and the Bay Ridge Avenue stations.

An emphasis has been placed on the entrance canopies of the terminals, which will feature a sleeker looking design, better lighting and an increased visibility of the letter of the train that runs at that specific station.

The changes are being made at the F, M and R stations in Brooklyn.

A start date for the construction has not been announced, but the MTA says it will award a contract by the end of the month

However, officials say it could take a year to complete.
