The MTA has reached out to Brooklyn commuters to ask what improvements they'd like to see on bus routes in the southern part of the borough.
Dozens of riders have filed complaints of congestion and slow service on the B6 and B82 bus lines.
The MTA says it's been aware that bus service in southern Brooklyn is problematic since a 2009 study.
Commuters can air their grievances with a feedback map. The MTA says commuter participation will allow the agency to hone in on specific issues.
The MTA also announced that it will hold outreach events in the future, but has not specified any dates.
