The MTA is getting ready to re-open the G train after a plan to update the signaling for the entire line that took place over the summer.
The MTA says this new modern system means more reliable service for the 160,000 commuters who take the G line daily.
To quickly finish the project, the MTA rolled out the plan in three phases. Starting at Court Square and ending at Church Ave.
Riders tell News 12 they are just happy the wait is almost over.
